^{So,     when      he      saw     Quartermaster     riding     half     naked     across     the     lake     with     four     small     figures}     ｈｕｄｄｌｅｄ     ^{in     his     little     boat,     David     was     so}     THRILLED     ^{that     he     didn’t     even}     ｑｕｅｓｔｉｏｎ     ^{the     presence     of     an     extra     kid} . ^{He     quickly     made     his     way     down     to}     MEET     ^{them     at     the     lake’s     edge,}     ｄｅｔｅｒｍｉｎｅｄ     ^{to     make     sure     all     his     favorite     little     𝕔𝕒𝕞𝕡𝕖𝕣𝕤     were}     SAFE     ^and     SOUND . ^{After     checking     Max,     Nikki     and     Neil     over     for     any     scrapes     and     bruises,     David’s     eyes     fell     only     briefly     on     the     fourth     kid     before     turning     to     the     Quartermaster     with     some    level     of     relieved     amusement} .
